The $200-million, state-of-the-art facility in Columbia, Missouri, leans on cutting-edge automation technology, a one-of-a-kind curing process and more than 100 employees to produce millions of pounds annually of a variety of high-quality dry-cured meats, including salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, pancetta and coppa.

¾Å¾ÅÉ«Ó°Ôº has completed its design-build renovation for Crown Bakeries in Smyrna, Georgia. The nearly $5 million project expanded manufacturing floorspace at the processing facility, tripled the research and development center by adding an innovation lab, and expanded employee welfare, offices and café facilities.

Associated Builders and Contractors has recognized ¾Å¾ÅÉ«Ó°Ôº with a 2022 National Safety Excellence Award. Rosina Food has opened a new $73.2-million meat processing facility designed and constructed by ¾Å¾ÅÉ«Ó°Ôº. The 105,000-square-foot building includes a high-speed, state-of-the-art meatball and sausage processing line.

¾Å¾ÅÉ«Ó°Ôº announces completion and opening of Rubix Foods Innovation Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Rubix is a leading culinary and food science-focused provider of flavor and functional ingredients.

¾Å¾ÅÉ«Ó°Ôº is the Construction Manager at-Risk for the University of Florida College of Design Bruno E. and Maritza F. Ramos Collaboratory. Groundbreaking is set for October 6, 2022.
